You need to have FTP software installed. We recommend that you download WS_FTP.
If you are a Mac User, please download FETCH .
To ftp you must have this information handy: your IP address, your user (login) name and your password. Press the connect button and you will get the "session profile screen".
Under "hostname", either put your domain in (ftp.yourdomain.com), or your IP address (67.110.252.115)
Under "UserID", put in your login name.
Put in your password.
If you don't want to enter your password every time you use ws_ftp, then check the "save password" box.
Click Save to save this configuration for future ftp use.
Click OK to start ftp.
We suggest you read the Help files for ws_ftp if you are in the process of learning how to ftp.
NOTE -
Name the file that you want to have be your Homepage as "index.html". All the rest of your pages can be called anything you want, for your own reference.
